SHIPPING POLICY

Every Iyaré Beauty product is created with exceptional craftsmanship and premium-quality raw hair. Because we prioritize quality over mass production, many of our products are made available through our preorder system.

PREORDER PROCESS

Most wigs and selected hair collections are available on preorder. Production begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Estimated production times are:

• Raw Hair Bundles: 3–7 business days (if not in stock)

• Ready-to-Wear Wigs: 7–14 business days

• Signature Custom Wigs: 14–21 business days

• Luxury Collection Wigs: 21–30 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during holiday periods, promotional events, or due to sourcing requirements. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is completed and passes our quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Iyaré Beauty proudly ships worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected during checkout.

Typical estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Nigeria:
2–5 business days

United States & Canada:
3–7 business days

United Kingdom:
2–5 business days

Europe:
3–7 business days

International Destinations:
5–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates do not include preorder production time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Iyaré Beauty is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution.
